At Madkins Catering, a signed contractual agreement is required to hold/book all dates; a 50% non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking (only applies for dates 60 days or more out from the time of booking). Deposits are applied to the total charges, and the balance will be due 1 month prior to the day of your event. If your special event is less than 60 days away from the time of booking, the total balance is due upon signing the contractual agreement.
Invoices will include a 20% taxable service charge and sales tax
Travel fee of $100 (both ways), will be added to all events 80 or more miles away.
A 20% Holiday fee will be applied for events that fall on a nationally recognized holiday
Tastings are $125 per couple
We currently accept Paypal and Zelle as our preferred forms of payments (Cash and Corporate checks are also accepted).
Any Entrée is offered as a "Plated" option for an additional $20 per person in addition to the original price. If you'd like to add additional side dishes, the cost would be $4 per person. Complimentary water and yeast rolls are included with all receptions (at full price ONLY,discounts or special pricing are excluded). Reception Services are for 2 hours, setup and cleanup of our equipment are included.
Prices on the enclosed menu are subject to change, prices subject to a 20% taxable service charge and sales tax, minimum guest fee may apply, total costs vary according to the menu selection.
